Aircraft 44-8368, piloted by Melvin Fox, was hit by ME-262's shortly after dropping it's bombs on Oranienburg on Apr 10th, 1945. Flames were seen coming from the wing. The crew all bailed out before it exploded and were POW's. One of the crew drowned when he parachuted into a lake. |

Aircraft 44-8418, Bad Time Inc II,piloted by Robert H. Woods, was damaged from flak over the target at Euskirchen, Germany on Jan 10th, 1944. They crash landed in Belgium. On Nov 8th, 1944, on a recall mission from Merseberg, 44-8418 collided with 42-38064, causing the loss of that aircraft and it's crew. Bad Time Inc II was able to return to Glatton. |
