Flak damage to the top turret sustained on a raid to Leipzig. The plane is s/n 42-102948, the Denver Bandit.

Plane s/n 42-102948 "The Denver Bandit" in the hanger for repairs at 3:00 AM in the morning. This plane was shot down on a mission to Magdeberg on Sep 28th, 1944. The pilot was Lt Keylon Clarke. Two members of the crew were killed and seven became POW's.
